The Icons On The Side Bar

Of course, most if not everyone is familiar with the Facebook Icon. If you choose to click on the button, you will be taken to my Facebook Business Page. This page houses articles I post periodically as well as my listings. If you decide to visit my page and you like the content within it, please "Like" my page.

The next icon is for my You Tube Channel. I will be updating this with local area information as well as my listings. My You Tube Channel is in its formative phase. Please stay tuned for more exciting news!

The remaining icons include Twitter, Google Plus, LinkedIn,Pinterest, and E-mail. I have included these icons on my website to allow visitors to learn more about me. I believe that a certain level of transparency is important to potential sellers and buyers. I have only recently started networking through the various social media spectrums because I am truly a private person when it comes right down to it.

The Local Scoop

Gatlinburg: I love visiting Gatlinburg during the Fall and Winter months. Gatlinburg has a ton of things to do - so plan your time accordingly. As a local, I rely upon visiting the city of Gatlinburg's website. Here I can find out what is going on and make plans around my visit.

Mark your calendar for the Gatlinburg Fall Craftsmen Fair going on October 8, 2015 through October 25, 2015. The Gatlinburg Fall Craftsmen's Fair will be held a the Gatlinburg Convention Center located at Traffic Light #8 in Gatlinburg, TN. The physical address for the Gatlinburg Convention Center is 234 Historic Nature Trail, Gatlinburg, TN 37738. There is paid parking nearby - allowing easy access to the Gatlinburg Convention Center.

On November 11, 2015, the City of Gatlinburg will host its Annual Chili Cookoff and Winter Magic Lighting Kickoff. Through the week, I enjoy walking around downtown Gatlinburg and seeing the lights. The lights seem almost surreal as they light up the chilly nights. The Chili Cookoff is November 11 from 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm. Also on November 11, 2015 the City Of Gatlinburg will light up the town with millions of lights. In case you are unable to attend the kick off, don't worry. The lights are on dispaly from November 11, 2015 through February 28, 2016.

Pigeon Forge: Growing up in Pigeon Forge, I did not have the privilege of enjoying the Winterfest Lights while walking to and from work. I am showing my age right now. I still enjoy taking a stroll just as I did many years ago. However, now I am able to take in the beauty of the Winterfest Light Displays. The Pigeon Forge Welcome Center offers a printed tour guide that you can pick up at the Welcome Center at Traffic Light #0 if you would like to enhance your experience when driving and seeing the Winterfest Lights Tour.

On November 10, 2015 at 5:00 pm, the City of Pigeon Forge will host its 26th Annual Winterfest Celebration. In years past, I have attended the event and it is wonderful! During the Winterfest Kick Off event, I have heard that beginning at 6:00 pm, the City of Pigeon Forge offers free trolley rides aboard designated trolleys to enjoy the lights. Being able to enjoy the beauty of the lights on this very magical evening is awesome.
